What do you actually know about me?
Your account is a random 16 digit number, and we store only a hash of it. No name, no email, no phone number, no documents. Ever. The trades you place are kept against that number so you have a history, and that is the whole file.
What happens if I lose my account number?
By default it is gone, and so is access to the account. That is the price of us knowing nothing about you. If you prefer a safety net, you can attach an optional recovery email from your account page. It weakens anonymity slightly, which is why it is off unless you turn it on.
How does the $10,000 insurance work?
Every trade placed through the terminal is covered. If a listed exchange fails to deliver or freezes your funds, we pay you and then take it up with them. The full conditions are published in the coverage terms.
Which exchanges are on the terminal?
Only exchanges we have independently vetted as guaranteed no-KYC. Each quote screen shows all of them side by side with the best rate highlighted. If an exchange ever starts asking for identity, it is removed immediately.
How do I get an invite?
Usually from a member. Every account holds two invites per month, and each code works exactly once. There is one other door: we sometimes send an invite along with large trades placed on cyphergoat.com. Trade big enough and one may find you.
